1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled transfer will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the transfer will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your airport transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request at no extra charge.
- Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund if canceled later.
4. Service Disruptions & Delays
- If your flight is delayed, our team will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.
- In rare cases where we are unable to provide the scheduled transfer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
